CycodCA (deterministic code analysis) is a working prototype today — ~80% complete. The thesis is proven: deterministically analyze a real codebase and hand the AI accurate, consolidated context instead of making it guess. The remaining work hardens it for production.

Conversation persistence, context pruning, and targeted agent-to-agent handoffs are working prototypes, in productization.
